General Services

You can participate in NFT distribution promotions and easily receive NFTs for free. You can receive NFTs by creating a new My Wallet (linked with an email address, social media account, etc.) on the Fan Marketing Platform or by connecting a wallet that supports MetaMask or WalletConnect. Additionally, you can enjoy special experiences exclusive to NFT holders.

Please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian first.

You can change the settings by using the globe icon or the hamburger menu icon in the upper right corner of the page.

To change the email address used for registration with My Wallet or for the Fan Marketing Platform (excluding My Wallet), please use the contact form [here].
*When contacting us, specify whether you want to change the email address for "My Wallet" or "all for Fan Marketing Platform (excluding My Wallet)."
*If you wish to update your email address from one you no longer use, please include both the old registered email address and this information in your inquiry.

If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access the NFTs in My Wallet. To delete your account, please contact us using the contact form [here].
*When contacting us, please indicate whether you want to delete your account for "My Wallet," "all of Fan Marketing Platform (excluding My Wallet)," or both.
*As stated in the Terms of Service, a deleted account cannot be restored under any circumstances.

Tap the hamburger menu icon displayed on the page after logging in, and then toggle the 'email notification setting' on or off in the menu. Note that email notification settings cannot be set individually for each project.

We support Ethereum, Polygon, and Soneium. Since the network used may vary depending on the promotion, please check the description of each NFT for details.

Campaign Page / NFT Acquisition

You will need a wallet to receive NFTs. The Fan Marketing Platform offers a web-based wallet called 'My Wallet,' which allows you to create a new wallet and manage your NFTs using an email address, social media account, etc. If you already have a wallet that supports MetaMask or WalletConnect, you can also receive NFTs by simply connecting your existing wallet.

You can enjoy various privileges granted by the NFT, such as participating in events exclusive to NFT holders or receiving special preferential treatment (e.g., merchandise exchanges, coupon issuance). If you meet the participation requirements, you may have the opportunity to join channels run exclusively for NFT holders or receive exclusive information or content. Details will vary depending on the promotions. For more information, read the description on the promotion page. You can also check the privileges associated with each of your NFTs by viewing the NFT details in My Collection.

Fan Marketing Platform uses the "ERC1155" standard.

There may be a system error or the site may be experiencing high traffic. Please wait a while and then try accessing the page again. If there is an error, information will be posted on the Fan Marketing Platform Notifications page. Please check this page for updates. If the issue persists after trying these steps, contact us using the contact form and specify which promotion is causing the error.

My Collection

It is a viewer function that allows you to display and manage the NFTs you have obtained so far in your wallet. By reconnecting to My Wallet or the wallet you used to receive NFTs during a promotion, you can view the NFTs you have obtained, check information on privileges granted to these NFTs, and download images.

Please note that NFTs minted by the Fan Marketing Platform are issued as soul bound tokens (SBTs) and cannot be transferred to other wallets, regardless of the wallet used.

After obtaining an NFT, there may be a delay in processing on the blockchain, and the display might not update immediately. Please wait several seconds to a few minutes before reloading your browser, or try accessing the site again after some time.
NFTs from blockchain networks not supported by the Fan Marketing Platform will not be displayed. If the network is supported, you may be able to view the NFT by selecting the appropriate network in the My Collection menu.
If the NFT is no longer visible after reconnecting, verify that the connected wallet is the same one used when you received the NFT.

Please either select "Check obtained NFTs" on the promotion site where you obtained the NFT or access this URL.
If a significant amount of time has passed since you received the NFT, you may need to reconnect the wallet that was used when you initially obtained the NFT.

Please re-register by tapping 'I forgot my password' on the My Wallet login page.

Wallet Connection

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the websites or related articles of each service yourself before using them.

Since it is impossible to cancel your wallet connections from the My Collection page, please cancel the wallet connection by operating on the connected wallet service, or contact us using the contact form.

Project Site / Channel

They are portal pages created for each project on the Fan Marketing Platform. The project site displays lists of promotions and channels, allowing you to check project updates and participate in various activities.
By enabling notifications from the hamburger menu after logging into the project site, you will receive updates via email.
Please note that some promotions may not have dedicated project sites. For details, refer to the information provided by the promotion company.

You can access exclusive information and content if you hold NFTs obtained through participation in campaigns or other activities. Additionally, you can receive channel updates via email.
Please note that the availability of channels depends on the NFT privileges associated with the specific project or campaign you are involved in.

To participate in a channel, you must hold a specific number of NFTs (in some cases, just one). For more information, check the participation conditions displayed in each channel.
If you have the required NFTs but are still unable to join the channel, ensure that the wallet holding the NFTs is connected and not a different wallet account.

・ We check and respond to inquiries during normal business hours (weekdays, from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. in Japan.). Please note that our response may be delayed, as responding to an inquiry may require research and confirmation.
・ "My Wallet" offered by Fan Marketing Platform is a "non-custodial wallet" for which you are responsible for managing your crypto-assets. Please note that we are unable to interact with your crypto-assets in any way, including transferring NFTs from My Wallet to another wallet.
